The Management of APARTAMENTOS PORTONOVO expressly states its commitment to comply with the requirements of the Management System, whose main objective is the satisfaction of our client. To this end, the following principles are carried out:
Plan our activities, establishing action guidelines, controls and monitoring them as a basis for quality and contribution to environmental protection.
Offer our establishment the necessary protection and prevention measures, so that our clients consider us a safe option when enjoying their stay with us.
Reaffirm the firm commitment to comply with the requirements requested by our clients, applicable legal requirements and other requirements that we voluntarily adopt as elements of corporate social responsibility and respect for the environment.
Take into account promoting the necessary improvement actions to obtain the objectives and goals that we establish, and that are a constant reference in the management of the services to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Management System.
Opt for the proper development of the implemented Management System through the involvement of all staff, and for this, information, communication and training are essential.
Notify the circumstances that concern the Management System and check its daily operation, periodically checking it and establishing the appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
